Billy teaches classes on all the instruments sold at SKINNY BEATS. Djembe is Billy’s specialty, and he teaches classes that are fun and easy for beginners. Incorporating improvisation and different ways to play drums are some key components of Billy’s teaching style.

Sounds of the Chakras Toning Circles and Classes

During a meditation in 2000, Linda was given seven sounds for each major chakra. The sounds work with everyone in a unique and personal way by aligning with natural pitches. After working with these sounds in healing camps throughout the U.S., Linda experienced the amazing health benefits the sounds afforded everyone who toned them. She has since recorded all seven sounds in CD format. Linda’s workshop, which includes a wide range of breathing and listening exercises, has helped 100’s of people feel more balanced, energized, and relaxed.
